Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive the work?

If a request is much larger in scope and size, expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is complete.

Who are the designers?

You might be surprised to hear this, but Setterfield.Co is an agency of one. That means when you sign up, you're not getting shuffled through a team of designers—you’re working directly with me, Josh Setterfield.

Every project, from concept to execution, has my personal touch and attention. No middlemen, just bold, creative solutions tailored specifically to your brand.

How does the pause feature work?

You can pause your subscription whenever you need, with zero strings attached. No long-term commitments here—just premium design services when you need them, without paying for downtime. Clients stick with Setterfield Co not because of contracts, but because the results speak for themselves.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger projects, such as full website builds or live video production, are broken down into specific deliverables. You can expect consistent progress every 24-48 hours, delivering a portion of the work until the entire project is completed. Whether it's web development, video production, or brand strategy, you should expect steady results while keeping you on track.

What if I don't like the designs delivered?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Absolutely. Setterfield Co does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.)

What if I only have a single request?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

You may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for me.
